Greenbridge Cafe is owned and operated by Chef Blanca Rodriguez, current owner of Pimienta Bistro & Bar in Federal Way.
We are tucked away on 8th Avenue and take pride in using fresh and local ingredients. We offer a brunch and lunch menu inspired by unique combinations of Pacific Northwest and Latin inspired dishes.
Our philosophy is to support the Greenbridge community by providing a warm and friendly atmosphere for our customers.
This is the perfect place to get out of the office for lunch with your peers or stop in for some delicious food and catch up with an old friend.
Executive Chef
BLANCA RODRIGUEZ
Chef Blanca Rodriguez was born in Guadalajara, Mexico. She grew up in a family of restaurateurs that loved to entertain and had a passion for food.

Growing up, she often helped her mother prepare meals for their family and Chef Rodriguez was a natural as she learned from her mother - techniques and flair.
​
She took these experiences, becoming a culinary expert herself and now has many years of culinary experience in the Seattle Metro area.
